The number, size and depth of basins, sediment volume, blockages, truck access and disposal requirements all matter. Provide a site plan and identify basins that are difficult to reach or have known drainage problems.
Not by default. Basin vacuuming, pipe flushing, blockage investigation and structural repairs are different tasks. Specify which drainage problems need assessment so the quote separates them clearly.
Identify and mark the basins, arrange vehicle access and clear parked cars from the work area. Agree traffic management and access timing with the site contact before the service window.

ACCESS & SCHEDULING
Agree the order in which parking or loading zones can be cleared. Identify delivery peaks, cover access restrictions and any need for property-management coordination.
Send a site plan with basin numbers, previous service records and known contamination concerns. Include approach dimensions and any restrictions on opening covers.
SERVICE QUESTIONS
List the basins and surface-cleaning zones separately. Access may be coordinated, but equipment, waste and completion requirements differ.
Provide known history and existing reports. Material assessment and appropriate handling and disposal arrangements must be reviewed before the work is scoped.
