SERVICE SCOPE
Give every vehicle a clear cleaning specification.
Scope options to discuss
- Cab, seating and driver touchpoints
- Exterior bodywork and accessible glass
- Agreed cargo-area cleaning requirements
- Vehicle-by-vehicle condition and completion records
Agree these items separately
Engine bays, machinery, specialist cargo residues, paint correction and mechanical repairs need separate review. Personal belongings and cargo should be assigned to the fleet operator.
Your written quote defines the included tasks, exclusions and responsibilities.
ACCESS & SCHEDULING
Fit the work around your facility.
Timing and access
List vehicles by departure time and parking position. Agree the route between vehicles, water arrangements, keys and the time each unit must return to service.
Before the site assessment
Send vehicle types, fleet count, condition photographs and interior or exterior priorities. Identify wraps, sensitive equipment, water restrictions and the person releasing each vehicle.
SERVICE QUESTIONS
Before you request a quote.
Can different vehicle types be included in one fleet request?
Yes. Group vehicles by type and condition, with a separate checklist for each group. A delivery van, passenger shuttle and work truck may need different time and equipment.
Does a mobile wash include cargo-area treatment?
List the cargo, residue and required result separately. A cab-detailing or exterior-wash quote does not define specialist cargo-area cleaning.
