Can a commercial plaza request a recurring plan?
Provide shared-area boundaries, tenant access needs and the tasks requested by the property manager. Frequency and seasonal work should be stated separately.
Are tree care and irrigation repairs included?
Request them individually. Routine mowing or grounds tidying does not define specialist arboricultural or irrigation work.
