SERVICE SCOPE
Give workout spaces and changing areas their own routines.
Scope options to discuss
- Reception, circulation routes and studio floors
- Changing rooms, showers and washrooms
- Agreed equipment touchpoints and accessible surfaces
- Waste collection and replenishment responsibilities
Agree these items separately
Equipment servicing, pool systems, specialist flooring restoration and high-level cleaning require separate scopes. Cleaning products must be compatible with equipment finishes.
Your written quote defines the included tasks, exclusions and responsibilities.
ACCESS & SCHEDULING
Fit the work around your facility.
Timing and access
Map class changeovers, peak attendance and closing hours. Wet areas and heavily used touchpoints may need a different frequency from offices or storage rooms.
Before the site assessment
Send opening hours, class schedules, floor types and changing-room counts. Identify equipment care instructions, member access routes and responsibility for consumables.
SERVICE QUESTIONS
Before you request a quote.
Will exercise equipment be moved or dismantled?
Identify any movement in advance and follow the equipment manufacturer’s requirements. Internal servicing and dismantling should be handled as separate tasks.
Can cleaning fit around classes?
Share the timetable and the minimum time between sessions. Access and the sequence of work can then be assessed for each studio.
Are showers and locker rooms part of the quote?
List the areas, fixture counts and priorities explicitly, including scale, odours or damaged surfaces that need separate attention.
