An overnight window can be assessed around production, customers and access requirements. Share the available hours, affected areas and opening deadline; the workable scope depends on height, equipment access and the amount of dust.
No. Dusting the outside of ducts and overhead fixtures is different from cleaning inside ventilation systems. Identify internal ductwork, electrical equipment and machinery separately in the scope.
Send wide and close-up photos, approximate heights, floor plans and information about the dust. Note aisle widths, floor-loading restrictions, sensitive stock and any equipment shutdown or isolation requirements.
SERVICE SCOPE
Internal duct cleaning, machinery cleaning, electrical work and combustible or hazardous dust need separate assessment. Do not treat an overhead dusting quote as approval for those tasks.
Your written quote defines the included tasks, exclusions and responsibilities.
ACCESS & SCHEDULING
Coordinate production pauses, stock movement and exclusion zones. Working height, floor loading, aisle width and overhead obstructions affect access planning.
Provide height measurements, photographs, facility drawings and information about the dust. Identify sensitive stock, active machinery and site isolation procedures.

No scope should assume that. Identify internal ventilation cleaning as a separate requirement, with its own system and access information.
Describe production activity and contamination concerns. Access, isolation and protection must be agreed before any work around operating equipment.
