SERVICE SCOPE
Start with finish compatibility and the condition of the surface.
Scope options to discuss
- Specified façade and exterior surfaces
- Soiling and existing-damage assessment
- Product and method compatibility review
- Protection of planting, fixtures and adjacent finishes
Agree these items separately
Repairs, recoating, deep staining, high-access equipment and specialist residues require separate scope decisions. Lower pressure does not establish suitability for every finish.
Your written quote defines the included tasks, exclusions and responsibilities.
ACCESS & SCHEDULING
Fit the work around your facility.
Timing and access
Identify public access, vehicle movements and nearby work. Weather, application requirements and protection arrangements affect the washing window.
Before the site assessment
Send material and coating details, photographs and previous cleaning history. Mark damaged areas, water access, drainage and planting around the work zone.
SERVICE QUESTIONS
Before you request a quote.
Can delicate exterior finishes be assessed?
Provide the material and care instructions where available. Suitability should be reviewed before a product or pressure approach is selected.
Is a low-pressure wash the same as a general power wash?
State the finish and cleaning objective. The proposed method, products, protection and expected result should be described in the agreed scope.
