SERVICE SCOPE

Plan an entrance routine that includes drying and rotation.

Scope options to discuss

  • Entrance mats and agreed commercial matting
  • Soil and salt-residue assessment
  • Backing and edge-condition review
  • Drying, rotation and return-to-use arrangements

Agree these items separately

Rental exchange, replacement, damaged backing, repairs and cleaning the floor beneath fixed systems require separate agreement.

Your written quote defines the included tasks, exclusions and responsibilities.

ACCESS & SCHEDULING

Fit the work around your facility.

Timing and access

Identify quiet entrance periods and whether spare mats are available. Agree temporary access and the condition required before mats return to pedestrian use.

Before the site assessment

Send mat count, dimensions, material and backing details. Include condition photographs, cleaning history and responsibility for removing and reinstalling each mat.

SERVICE QUESTIONS

Before you request a quote.

Can fixed entrance matting be included?

Provide the system details and photographs. Fixed matting, loose mats and recessed entrance systems can have different access and treatment requirements.

Does cleaning include exchanging rental mats?

State whether you want cleaning, exchange or replacement. An existing rental arrangement should be identified before a separate service scope is proposed.
