Start with the space
List every area, its approximate size and its use. Separate public areas, staff rooms and restricted spaces.
Define the tasks
Describe tasks and desired frequency by area. Distinguish recurring cleaning from periodic deep cleaning and specialty work.
Make access explicit
Document operating hours, alarms, keys, parking, elevators and security contacts. Highlight fixed shutdown or reopening windows.
Agree on acceptance
Confirm inclusions, exclusions, responsibility for supplies and the way completed work will be reviewed.
