SERVICE SCOPE
Start with the marking and the material underneath it.
Scope options to discuss
- Paint, marker or other identified graffiti for assessment
- Masonry, metal, glass or coated surfaces
- A discreet test area where appropriate
- Protection of adjacent surfaces and public access
Agree these items separately
Residual shadows, damaged finishes, repainting and protective coatings are separate decisions. The result depends on the marking, substrate and any previous treatment.
Your written quote defines the included tasks, exclusions and responsibilities.
ACCESS & SCHEDULING
Fit the work around your facility.
Timing and access
Provide pedestrian routes, traffic restrictions and opening hours. Treatment planning must account for access, weather and collection of cleaning residues where needed.
Before the site assessment
Send close-up and wider photographs, the approximate marked area and the surface material. Note when the graffiti appeared and anything already used to remove it.
SERVICE QUESTIONS
Before you request a quote.
Can removal change the colour of the wall?
Porous, weathered or coated surfaces can respond unevenly. A surface assessment and test area help set expectations before treating the full area.
Can a protective coating be added?
Request coating and sealing as a separate item. Compatibility, appearance and future maintenance requirements need to be considered together.
What if we have already tried a remover?
Include the product name and treatment history. Previous chemicals or pressure washing can affect the next method and the achievable result.
