Coordinate production pauses, stock movement and exclusion zones. Working height, floor loading, aisle width and overhead obstructions affect access planning.
Before the site assessment
Provide height measurements, photographs, facility drawings and information about the dust. Identify sensitive stock, active machinery and site isolation procedures.

Does high-level dusting include the inside of ducts?
No scope should assume that. Identify internal ventilation cleaning as a separate requirement, with its own system and access information.
Can work happen above active production?
Describe production activity and contamination concerns. Access, isolation and protection must be agreed before any work around operating equipment.
What measurements help with the quote?
Include the highest work point, aisle widths, doorway dimensions and floor constraints, along with photographs of overhead obstructions.
