Timing and access
Identify emptying periods, tenant parking rules and delivery routes. Phased access may be needed where an entire lot cannot be cleared at once.
Before the site assessment
Send a site plan, approximate area, clearance heights, entry dimensions and drainage details. Mark loading zones, sensitive equipment and any known contaminated material.

Do all vehicles need to be moved?
Agree the zones that must be clear and the sequence of work. Areas beneath parked vehicles cannot be treated as fully accessible.
Does the quote include catch basins?
Request catch-basin cleaning separately with basin count, locations and access information. Surface cleaning alone does not define that scope.
Can an underground parkade be assessed?
Include ramp dimensions, headroom, ventilation and water or drainage restrictions. These details determine equipment access and suitability.
