SERVICE SCOPE
Match exterior cleaning to the surface and the surrounding site.
Scope options to discuss
- Entrances, walkways and exterior hard surfaces
- Specified wall or facade sections
- Loading areas and service yards
- Localised soil and stain treatment for assessment
Agree these items separately
Graffiti, oil staining, damaged coatings and sensitive substrates may need a different treatment. Water supply, runoff collection, traffic control and access equipment belong in the scope.
Your written quote defines the included tasks, exclusions and responsibilities.
ACCESS & SCHEDULING
Fit the work around your facility.
Timing and access
Plan around parked vehicles, deliveries and public entrances. Weather, surface condition and runoff arrangements can affect when exterior work is feasible.
Before the site assessment
Send photographs, approximate area, surface material and the source of staining. Mark drains, power outlets, water connections and nearby finishes or planting that need protection.
SERVICE QUESTIONS
Before you request a quote.
Is high pressure suitable for every surface?
No. Surface material, coatings, joints and existing damage must be reviewed before a method is selected. Low-pressure washing may be a more appropriate enquiry for delicate finishes.
Who supplies the water?
Identify available connections and any site restrictions. Water supply and any additional equipment should be agreed when the quote is prepared.
Can entrances remain open?
Share delivery times and public access requirements. Phased work and temporary alternative routes can be considered during scope planning.
