Agree these items separately
High-access equipment, construction residue, hard-water deposits, screens and glazing repairs require separate assessment. A standard glass-cleaning scope should not imply all of these are included.

Timing and access
Share tenant hours and pedestrian activity around entrances. Exterior dates depend on access arrangements and suitable weather; interior work may need room-by-room scheduling.
Before the site assessment
Provide elevations or photographs, approximate pane counts and building height. Identify film, coatings, existing scratches, obstructions and any building rules for exterior access.

Are frames and tracks included?
List them explicitly when requesting a quote. Cleaning the glass alone and detailing frames or tracks involve different amounts of work.
Can paint or construction residue be removed?
Identify the residue and glass finish before work is agreed. Surface condition and manufacturer instructions determine whether a treatment is appropriate.
Can tenants stay in the building?
Share occupancy hours, room access and entrance restrictions. The scope can then address protection of work areas and the sequence of cleaning.
